- We specialize in GPS receivers, GPS modules, GPS trackers, biometric devices, and related accessories.
- We also provide remote installation and remote fixing services for driver installation, GPS configuration, and related software setup.
- Please note: physical repair or hardware replacement is not included in remote services.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made 100% in advance before dispatch of goods or initiation of any service.
- Shipping and handling charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. Warranty and Replacement
- All products include a limited warranty as specified during the time of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures only.
- Damage due to mishandling, water, electrical issues, or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty.
- Eligible products will be replaced only (no repairs or refunds) after verification by our technical team.
4. No Return or Refund Policy
- Once sold, products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for purchases, installation, or remote fixing services.
- Only replacement under valid warranty will be provided for eligible cases.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the product has not yet been dispatched.
- Cancellations requested after 2 hours or after dispatch will not be accepted.
- For cancellation assistance, please contact our support team immediately via phone or email.
6. Remote Installation & Fixing
- Remote installation or fixing is a one-time service and chargeable per session.
- Customers must ensure a stable internet connection and accurate device details for successful completion.
- Additional sessions or repeated issues will be treated as new service requests and billed separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Global Spot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or operational failure.
- Our total liability is limited to product replacement as per our warranty policy.
8. User Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for proper product handling and usage.
- Any misuse, physical damage, or tampering immediately voids the warranty.
- Customers must verify product compatibility before purchase; Global Spot is not responsible for mismatched or incorrect product selection.
9. Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
- Delivery time varies depending on location and courier service availability.
- Global Spot is not responsible for courier delays or force majeure events affecting delivery schedules.

Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India
